DEVELOPMENT
INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Denison
Development Alliance is offering a cash reward for information leading to
the successful location of an industrial or service-based employer with an
initial employment of 50 people or more. Denison Development Alliance will
professionally and confidentially follow-up on your suggestion. If your
recommended company successfully locates in Denison, Texas you could
receive an award of up to $50,000.
Eligibility and
Requirements:
We’re as anxious to receive your leads as you are
to share them. Before you get started the following rules apply:

The
company must be a manufacturing or service industry as listed on our
web page. Retail and certain service types are not eligible,
i.e. restaurants. The company must locate within the Denison city
limits.

DDA
will pay $250 for each permanent job created as follows:
-$250
will be paid for each new permanent job created after the first year of
operations. A minimum of 50 permanent jobs is required for the first year.

$250 per additional net new employees will be paid at the end of the
second year of operations.

A final payment of $250 per additional net new employee hired will be paid
at the end of the third year, not to exceed $50,000 per project.

A
company contact name must be provided to DDA.

Eligibility
is open to everyone except employees of non-profit organizations
(public or private) governed by a volunteer board involved in economic
development activities.

The
DDA Board of Directors will determine eligibility of individuals and
leads. Individuals will be notified by mail as to their eligibility.

DDA’s
Board reserves the right to alter or amend the requirements for
eligibility. Such changes
shall be kept with the permanent records of DDA.
All decisions of eligibility as decided by the Board of
Directors shall be final.

Industries classified under NAICS Manual Nos. 31, 32, 33, 5111, or 11331.
- Research and
Development and Testing laboratories. See NAICS Manual Nos. 541710 and

- Central Administrative
Offices and Research and Development and Testing divisions of other
establishments or enterprises. See NAICS Manual Nos. 5611, 5612, 51421,

- Certain Warehouse/Distribution
Operations (where 75% of inventory is shipped out of state).
- Transportation
by Air (See NAICS Manual No. 4811) if corporate headquarters and some
reservations activities are within the state or 75% of air transport
sales are to out-of-state consumers.
